5. The worktable uses toothless polished rod and friction drive, automatic focusing measurement, optical height measurement and flatness measurement;
6. Programmed three ring eight zone surface light source, LED contour light source, coaxial light source;
7. The optical system has good quality, bright and clear image, and good image restoration;
8. The laser indicator indicates the measuring position, which can be quickly positioned for convenient measurement;
9. The three-axis is driven by Panasonic servo motor.
