1. Check if the power plug, digital image data cable, control card data cable, etc. of the gantry imaging Measuring Instrument are connected properly. If any problems are found, handle them promptly and do not turn them on until they are resolved;
2. Clear all workpieces and other objects on the operating platform of the instrument and equipment to avoid collisions during startup and self inspection.
2. Operating Steps
1. Turn on the main power switch of the computer and turn on the Windows 7 operating system;
2. Turn on the main power switch of the instrument equipment and start the self inspection work. After the self inspection is completed, the monitoring camera LED lights will be fully turned on and off as a signal;
3. After completing the self inspection, open the Vispec software, enter the registration name and login password, and go to the main page. (The default registration name of the software is tztek or Admin, and the login password is blank)
4. Place the workpiece to be tested on the workbench;
5. Move the work platform to visualize the workpiece within the visible range, adjust the light source, Z-axis position, and zoom in the lens to make the image clear and suitable in size;
6. Set the main parameters related to measurement and display information in the software;
7. Select a different fully automatic image measuring instrument for measurement based on the actual shape of the workpiece;
8. Export the measurement results of the semi-automatic image measuring instrument to a table document in Word file format, Excel file format, TXT text format, or HTML hypertext format, which can be saved as a drawing file in DXF file format.
9. After successful measurement, first turn off the software, then turn off the image measuring instrument, and finally turn off the computer. Close the rear cover and install the dust cover.
